Shipping Policy

Orders over 151 lbs will be shipped via LTL truck freight ground service unless otherwise specified. Your order will be palletized. It is the customers responsibility to unload the pallet and dispose of the packaging materials which includes the pallet. For large or multiple items this may require a forklift or special handling. Shipping prices are standard pricing and does NOT include special services such as delivery notifications, delivery assistance, lift gate and insurance or inside delivery. It is up to the customer to inspect the package before accepting the delivery. Please inspect your purchase as soon as you receive it (while the delivery driver is still present) if there is any damage, do not accept the shipment. If purchased, this is the only way that shipping insurance will cover the damaged item. Please contact us with any shipping concerns at 404-518-7688 from 9am – 5pm EST. We will be able to provide you with the best rates available knowing your shipping requirements. You can check out and specify NO SHIPPING and contact us for special shipping instructions.

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. All of our shipments are traceable.

Return Policy

Your item must be in its original unopened condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 10 days of your purchase. The original shipping cost cannot be refunded. Please return item using a traceable shipping method, insured for the purchase price of the item.

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened or damaged in transit.

Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
